Please read what each appointment type is for before booking.

New Client Intake
​

Virtual Meeting for new clients to go over information provided and discuss options.

Tax Return Review
​

Go over tax return as it stands after initial entry or initial documents have been provided.

Bookkeeping Month End Review

Go over month end items such as P&L, Balance Sheet, A/R, A/P, Payroll. etc

Bookkeeping Year End Review

Go over year end items such as P&L, Balance Sheet, A/R, A/P, Payroll. etc

General Client Meeting

For current clients to go over any questions, concerns, product changes, etc.

Local In Person Meetings

In person meeting for those who are in the Louisville, KY and surrounding area. Will drive up to an hour for an in person meeting with prospective clients. If you are a new, current, or established client and in surrounding areas, will drive up to 3 hours to meet in person, but an hourly rate of $35/hr for all driving time will be invoiced and due upon receipt.

Long Distance In Person Meetings

In person meeting for those who live over 160 miles away. For new, current or established clients, who are current on invoices, will drive up to 10 hours to meet in person, but an hourly rate of $35/hr will be invoiced for all driving time. Due to the distance of travelling, 50% of invoice will be due before meeting. If not paid at least 2 days prior to meeting, meeting will be cancelled.
